Well, what can we say! We were faced with selling a home in a neighbourhood that was in competition with new home builders and one in which no other homes were selling at the time. Despite these unfavourable conditions, Liz and John were able to sell our house in record time. Liz was an excellent negotiator! Both Liz and John prepared our house and marketed it effectively.

We were left with having to find a new home in 6 weeks. Liz found us the best home in the perfect neighbourhood. From the moment we met Liz and John, we knew we had the right agents for us.
